Zaebix is a free phone app from Simplexar that gives Zabbix an interface made for mobile. It reads data through the Zabbix API, the channel Zabbix offers other programs for requesting its data. The app gathers urgent alerts in one place, shows in real time where servers slow down and sends automatic notifications to the people on duty.
An app for your own Zabbix
Zaebix doesn’t replace Zabbix. It’s a phone interface that reads data from your own Zabbix server through its API.

Login details stay on your phone
Server addresses, logins and API tokens (access keys) are stored only on the phone, in its built-in secure storage (Android Keystore or iOS Keychain where available). Deleting the app removes them.
Direct connection, no middle server
Requests go straight from your phone to the Zabbix server you set up, and nothing passes through Simplexar servers. The app contains no third-party code (SDKs) for analytics, crash reports or ads.

Questions about Zaebix
Does Zaebix collect my data?
No. Simplexar runs no server for the app, collects no personal data and doesn’t track how you use it. The app talks only to the Zabbix servers you add.
Where are my Zabbix login details stored?
Only on your phone, in the system’s secure storage (Android Keystore or iOS Keychain where available). Simplexar can’t access them, and deleting the app erases them.
Which Zabbix account should I use?
A separate API account with only the rights the app needs, not an administrator account. Turn on HTTPS on your Zabbix server so login details are encrypted on the way.
Where can I get Zaebix?
The app is free on Google Play. Google may collect some device and usage data under its own privacy policy, and Simplexar doesn’t receive that data.
